New Dental Patient
Information - Austin, TX

Welcome to Snow Dental! Dr. Ifraitekh and his team are very excited to be providing you treatments that are comprehensive and conservative, whether they are as simple as a teeth cleaning or as complex as a dental implant. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to get started as a new patient at our Austin dental practice and encourage you to take a brief look before your next visit. This includes patient forms, financing information, and what to expect at your first visit.

Your First Visit

When you first arrive, you’ll be met with a warm smile and welcome. If you had not filled out the paperwork already, you’ll be given forms to fill out while you wait to be called in. We’ll also make sure to introduce you to the team and give you a chance to ask any questions you have about your future care. Dr. Ifraitekh will be with you shortly and perform a detailed examination of your mouth before scheduling you for a dental cleaning.

Patient Forms

Part of meeting your dental needs is making sure that we have as much medical information about you as possible. This helps us meet your needs in the most effective way we can, especially if you are currently taking any medications or have allergies that we should know about. If you fill out the forms ahead of time, we can help you expedite your treatment experience and get you into the dental chair sooner.

Financing Available

When you’re in need of dental care but don’t have insurance, it can make it nearly impossible to get it done. Even if you do have dental insurance, sometimes certain treatments won’t be covered 100 percent. With the help of CareCredit, you can pay for dental treatments in more manageable, monthly installments. This process works even for cosmetic dentistry treatments and payments usually have little to zero interest attached! To get qualified for CareCredit, follow the link below.
